Restore Purchases
New phone, reinstalled the app, or your subscription isn't showing
Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account, not to the app itself. If Liftr is asking you to subscribe again, restoring takes a few seconds and never charges you twice.
How to restore
- Open Liftr and go to Settings.
- Tap Restore purchases. It's also on the subscribe screen if you haven't got past it.
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you originally bought it on. This is the usual cause: a second Apple Account, or a family member's device.
If it says there's nothing to restore
That means Apple has no active Liftr subscription on the Apple Account currently signed in. Check which one you're using, and whether the subscription is still active:
- On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- If Liftr appears there as active, sign into that same Apple Account and restore again.
- If it appears as expired, it was cancelled or a payment failed, and it needs resubscribing.
Family Sharing
Liftr subscriptions are not shared through Family Sharing. Each person needs their own subscription on their own Apple Account.
Still stuck
Email liftr.app@yahoo.com and tell us which Apple Account you bought on and roughly when. We'll sort it out.
For refunds, Apple handles those directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
